I haven't dared to start chopping up my new freetom yet... I went back to wearing my old snoop one and honestly I can't believe it was even made by the same company. And now I'm wearing my CalExotics one again and it's also pretty good, probably my favourite balance of comfort and stp-ability.
So I'm annoyed that I impulse bought the robin hood. And I'm thinking should try to sell it rather than "fix" it, because even if I scrape the walls of it really thin I'm doubtful it'll ever be anything like my snoop. But at the same time I'd feel guilty selling something I don't consider wearable to anyone else.
Did freetom used to offer "soft" and "hard" versions of their stps? I have a dim recollection they did. I think my snoop must have been soft, and when I bought the new one there wasn't an option and it's clearly "hard".
And here's a related rant:
I'm also just pissed off that SO MANY packers and stps on the market are just fucking huge. Often because they're 3 in 1 or whatever, but sometimes they're not even. If you want a soft packer so big that you look like you've got a boner all the time, that's just stupid, I'm sorry. You'll look ridiculous, and if you don't pass otherwise it won't even help, you'll just look like some androgynous pervert with a dildo in their pants, seriously.
Why is this even the way things are? Is it that ftms have only ever seen erect dicks in porn or whatever and don't even know how small a flaccid package is? Ftms feeling the need to overcompensate and not realising that a 6" soft cock is absurd? Is it cis men making these products thinking "well I'd want a big one of I were them"? Is it because everyone wants a pack and play type prosthetic which does clearly need to be bigger? I just don't know, but I hate the way things are.
As a passion project I'd love to set up my own prosthetic company, maybe I will one day...
