I tend to ship my favorite characters together. When the characthers have mad chemistry or there aren't any available and decent female chracthers I go the yaoi/slash route. Right now my top favorite characthers are Loki and Sam Wilson in the MCU. I like them both as characthers and actors. So I tend to like fanfics, fan art, gifs and memes with these two solo or with their romantic counterpart. I really like looking for fics where my favorites are tops. So Top!Loki and Top!Sam to whomever. But of course decent fanfics of that power dynamic is hard to find. Like half the top!Loki fic come off a bit rapey. Like the only way he would be a top is if he was doing it out of a sense of revenge against Thor and his Avenger friends, which makes me cringe.

But you are still more likely to find a decent top!Loki than a top!sam. Like I'm not hating on all the people who like bottom!Sam, but when the majority of the fandom is bottom!Sam, I'm kind wtf? SamBucky and SamSteve are already rare-ish despite their amazing chemistry on and off screen and then 90 percent is bottom!sam or hints at versatility but not really. Why the fuck do I always root for the underdog to be on top? Like Sam can't lay pipe or hold it down cause he hasn't juiced up with serum. People forget Sam was a retired pararescue whose only form of exercise in the MCU was jogging. But he held his own beautifully with all the souped up, well trained superheroes. Dude had guns, wings and a heart of gold. He was like a Victoria Secret model and GI Joe had a baby.

He is the first African-American superhero and everything he has done involving Steve and the Avengers has always been on his terms. From the day he offered shelter to Cap and Black Widow when they were on the run to the moment he gave his last in Wakanda trying to save the universe with two guns and some wings. Plus you know the guy going to tear it up to some Marvin Gaye, just straight up romance the hell out of them.

If ya'll can recommend me some decent SamSteve, SamBucky, SamBucky with Sam as the top, alpha, dom, etc., you will be a godsend. Shoot send me some good Thorki and frost frostiron with top!Loki. Stackie and Chris/Anthony and I will be happy.

Sam Wilson sacrificed his job, his car, his freedom, his citizenship, his family and other friends and he cant get it from Cap? Or Bucky, who he was willing to chase for Steve even though each encounter nearly ended up in a brainwashed Bucky nearly killing Sam and destroying his property. Lol, I am the only who likes the enemies to lover trope? Or likes that snarky back and forth between Sam and Steve and Sam and Bucky. I love how Sam is unafraid to speak his mind and question Steve. It means he isnt blind in his loyalty. That he can be petty with Bucky because he sees Bucky as a rival and person instead of just a killing machine. Just the idea Sam is trustworthy, patient and comes with a clean slate that wouldnt force either Steve or Bucky to live up to their past image or the iconic hero; plus will be able to get them the help they needed because he suffers from PTSD too and can recommend someone at the VA. So why doesnt that make him a possible candidate? Just looking at the Sebastian and Anthony interviews got me wanting to ship the two on screen and off cause they cant decide whether play fight or flirt with each other. But I guess I am the only one. Oh well.
