I have not had the time to draw for the last few days, so let's have another throw back picture. A few years ago I drew one of the centaurettes from the Disney movie Fantasia. I just love them! Some day I'll have to draw more of them. The artist that drew them is named Fred Moore. Another close-up some of my Fred Moore sketches... While his style is pretty simple, it's also very technical in its own way. One of the things that makes the sketches of great figure artists so appealing is their knowledge of anatomy, and how well that knowledge translates to their drawings.
