my suggestion would be a heating pad (with auto shut off) or heating blanket (same), depending on price limit. when i lived in an uninsulated basement + mi winters, i only survived nights with my heating pad (+ multiple comforters + extra thick pjs and wool socks).

electric blanket? or if you have a dryer, you could put blankets & stuff in there to make them warmer.
The second option would be wasting electricity, but maybe I can get away with an electirc blanket.

can you do hot water bottles? they don't help everything but if they're in your bed they should keep you moderately toasty at the least (careful about burns though)
Iāve been using the chemical heat packs I take camping with me. They only sort of help.
