Don’t build your raked walls one stud at a time, cut everything and assemble. To find your difference in stud height (the magic number) use the formula RISE/RUN*STUD SPACING=MAGIC NUMBER. Spent some more time getting this convoluted roof tied together. You can see from the progression of photos that I shingle the sheathing based on how the planes flow into each other then frame to that plane. I find this much easier than trying to find all the valleys on the trusses. This also saves double blocking the valley and your pitched sheathing cuts only take place on one sided the valley.
