Finally got some #epdm laid on the roof so we can start building the deck. A quality rubber job by @mark_laros_ and his crew. I was able to get these ‘sleepers’ installed before it got too hot. Removed all the old nasty wood and have started rebuilding the walls. Decided to move the doorway for a more convenient access point. #simpletipsunday with the @empirelevel framing square. Get you equal pitch hip/valley cuts without doing any math! Just pull your number make 2 marks with the framing square and you have the perfect line. The sheathing post a couple back in my feed was done with this method. Got questions?
