oooh i think the closest we've gotten to that is episode 55's aftertalk where louter tells myunna about how she tends to draw in secret as well as knight link episode 103 where they're being asked for drawing suggestions and louter describes the sky, which we also see a painting of hers of during the song of the final episode of lost kitty part 2... unrelated but i think that episode is sooo funny because louter just completely ignores pikero's ramblings about the weather 😭 i laughed so hard
personally I don't think there's any one painting she would call her favorite, but maybe it's exactly those sketches she makes in secret that preserve the current fragile moment that are the most precious to her... perhaps this even goes back to her childhood habit of sticking things into a scrapbook except now she can flip through pages upon pages of moments she preserved herself 🤔 those peaceful, fleeting moments...
evil idea consider louter flipping through that same sketchbook that used to bring her so much comfort while their lords are asleep and klark left to go to noir... clutching it to her chest and trying her hardest not to cry...
Ooh, yeah, I remember those instances (Also worth mentioning: Louter brought up having a work in progress involving the sky with rainbow-coloured clouds in the bouquet formation live reading)! (Pfft, agreed on episode 55, I did adore their dynamic in general, the hypothesis bit in part 2 specifically is so sweet to me. They’ve got to interact more sometime).
And oh, very fair assumption! It has been mentioned (knight link 13) that what Louter chooses to draw are moments she considers precious and wants to hold dear (she specifically describes a scene she draws as something she can keep forever, which, gosh that does things to me. ‘Mobius of Fleeting Pictures’ is practically a directly reference to this.). I see that scrapbook trivia mentioned as well, d’awh, that is practically how she comes into art now :’)!
