it's nice to animate in 3d after animating in 2d for so long. maintaining the size and perspective of different parts over the course of the animation was always a massive struggle for me, and it's a bit of a relief to get to focus on other things. though i will say animating fluid things like the tail are much more difficult--you cant make tiny changes in the placement of anything without having to adjust the entire rest of the rig, so the further down from the base part you are the harder it is to control where things end up. unless i guess you use inverse kinematics, but i'm too lazy to learn it rn and i don't think blockbench supports that lmao
