Federal Hill residents say Digital Harbor High students have been terrorizing them by Paul Gessler Sunday, April 9th 2017   "Residents of Federal Hill near Digital Harbor High School complain of regular vandalism near the school BALTIMORE -- Residents of Federal Hill near Digital Harbor High School complain of regular vandalism near the school. "I feel like I'm a prisoner in my own house, because if I need to get out, I need to make sure those kids are not around," one woman who lives on Grindall Street told Fox45 Sunday. "I'm terrified for my property. I'm terrified for my life. I can't park my car... anymore in the area." Surveillance video shows groups of students fighting after school April 4, culminating in a student throwing an umbrella at a neighbor's face. Baltimore City police confirm they arrested the juvenile shown in the video throwing the umbrella and kicking the woman. "When this happens on a weekly basis, that's not just a few. And, if it is just a few, then there are no consequences for what's happening to them," a neighbor on Grindall Street said Sunday. "'Kids being kids' is not [about] causing tens of thousands of dollars in property damage and physically injuring people and threatening people's lives. That's not something even a moderately bad kid does." Emails to the Baltimore City school district were not returned Sunday. Residents say emails to the school's principal were returned, saying she was disappointed in the actions of the students but to direct concerns to the city police department. I follow a handful of people on twitter who work at Fox 45. The other day that guy Mark Hyman declared he had brain cancer or something and would no longer be doing editorials or whatever. But like, I haven’t seen a single Tweet or RT about like “aw gee get well soon Mark.” Which confirms that he is absolutely a 100% prick in real life just like he is on the air.
