Ok, so I know everyone's going crazy with "SHE'S GUILTY BLAH BLAH BLAH! "Ā or "I TOLD YOU SHE DIDN'T DO IT! BLAH BLAH BLAH."Ā either way, at thisĀ point it doesn'tĀ matter.Ā If they decide to investigate furtherĀ and end up blatantly finding evidence that she did it, she couldn't be convicted. The reason being, that wouldĀ meanĀ sheĀ would have to go back through the courts which is illegal.Ā No double jeapordy. In other words you can't be triedĀ for the same crime twice. And sinceĀ this all happened 3 years ago, and she's been found not guilty, that means the person who did do it is still out there. We've spent three years to have all of this tell us that she didn't do it, and now the person who did (whether it was her or not)Ā gets off free. There's no way at this point to figure out who did it. The body has been found, so there's no evidence there, and the person who did do it has probably gotten rid ofĀ all the evidence now. It ridiculous, in my opinion, that now we'll neverĀ know the truth and justice will not be served. And for all of those saying that the jury is on drugs or whatever else may be out there, we weren't sitting through hours and days in the actual courtroom. We only really heard what the media wanted us to. I'm not sayingĀ that I believe she's innocent, I'm just saying that there must have been more evidence to prove that she's not guilty than to prove that she was. And forĀ all of them to unanimously decideĀ that she was not guiltyĀ of murder says something. An innocent childĀ hasĀ died, and as stated earlier, either way, there's nothing that can be done about it now,Ā and toĀ me that's the most sickeningĀ part about the verdict.
