Despite the efforts of the media, aid donors, humanitarian agencies, and decision-makers some humanitarian crises receive limited attention and response from the outside world. This happens at the expense of those people affected.
With the World Humanitarian Summit starting next week in Istanbul, we share this story to give a glimpse into the lives of people living through these forgotten crises; those whose needs are going unaddressed and who have been ignored by the world.
