opinion on Gilda Goldstag, Slow mo, Howleen, Hoodude, Iris, Lorna Mcnessie, Heath burns, jane boolittle and Fineegan? EXTREMELY random bunch of characters, I just don’t see them on your blog often so I am curious on your thoughts
Gilda: I have. No idea lmao. She's pretty cute design wise, nice name, pretty cool that she's trans, but uh otherwise she's not incredibly noteworthy to me ? I don't hate her, I just don't have a lot to say
Slo Mo: at first I had the same opinion abt him as I did w Gilda, but when you meet the right people™ then certain characters grow on you more. I wish we got more of him and Ghoulia :[ literally one of the first couples ever introduced and they're so neglected ?? He's a pretty cool guy ! And really strong damn
Howleen: I really like her ! She's my favorite of the wolf family. I loved her stories in Fright On and 13 Wishes, it's not something most cartoons actually bother exploring and it gives Howleen a lot of humanity. Unlike quite a few characters, she actually feels her age. I think her redesign is. Ok. I like the color palette more but it's a shame they got rid of her hair style and tomboy style
Hoodude: pretty neat ! While they're not suuuper my type of character, I enjoy them well enough ! And plush / patchwork characters are still cool.
Iris: ... Eh. I don't care for her much. They gave her a conscious just to pair her with the worst guy ever lol. Sure it gave us some interesting Manny characterization but eh. I don't care for either of them. Wish we got to see Iris' other friendships other than just Her and Manny.
Lorna: I don't like her at all. She's like a mini Draculaura. They play off her photobombing that literally got her and her family put in danger as something cutesy, she ignored all of the ghouls but listened to Gil when he wanted to cheer her up, and really just exists to fuel Gilagoona drama. I won't harp on her too hard, she's only 14, but she's still really irritating.
Heath: Not bad ! Unfortunately reminds me of former classmates, but hey that means they wrote him as an actual teenager. I like that they let her do things other than just harassing the girls and being a misogynist or racist. I think you guys can tell I really like when characters get fleshed out lol. However... Heabby falls kinda flat for me, and that's mostly because the fandom ruined it for me. Heabby would be really interesting to pick apart if this fandom wasn't full of creeps.
Jane: cutie patootie ! I don't care much for Creature Cribs but I care for Jane. I like how she observes Monster High it's really funny 😭. I would absolutely trust her with my pets. And also I just really like mysterious and strange characters usually
Ryder / Finnegan: awesome guy ! Love the message his character sends and it's refreshing seeing a disabled character that isn't this soft, pathetic, and or overly nice person. Also love his voice, I find it oddly fun to listen to him SCREAMING HIS WORDS ! FUCK YEAAAAGHHH

Twyleen black spiderverse au where chubby black bunnygender Twyla is bitten by a radioactive spider in a dream, but it affects her bc she has a level of power and consciousness in her dreams and shadows as the daughter of the boogeyman. She gains an ability to much more vividly tap into the vast ever-changing and growing web of the dreaming/shadow realm almost like a heightened sixth sense. She diys a spidey boogeysand that lets her shoot black webs, gives her agility, and super strength. One day, she saves Howleen from something. Howleen doesn't know it was Twyla who saves her so they gush to her abt it. I just think Twyla makes too much sense as a Spiderghoul (moreso using aliases Bunspider, Spiderbun, Dreamspider) bc bun is always lurking in the shadows and observing her surroundings. Plus obviously she can be a yapper and an awkward jokester sometimes lol. Howleen is kinda like MJ basically! Twyla's father's existence and his boogeysand implies the existence of a Sandman kinda like how there's Sandman throughout the spiderverse. She's got access to a shit ton of boogeysand and who knows what other chemicals and things. I feel like she's obviously got some relation to Hypnos (god of dreams) and gets an Arachne blessing at some point. Wydowna catches Twyla trying to shoot her black webs and climbing and offers pointers and makes bun a mask to help keep her identity a secret. She has a lot of dreams that overlap with others' dreams and this gives her clues of something afoot! Twyla hops in and out of the dream/shadow pockets and realms and helps many beings along the way! Sometimes ghouls will even see her webs in their dreams or in the waking world going into shadows or springing from the shadows.
Howleen got the Starfire hair treatment unfortunately lol
At least she got a pink fro variant for her dance class lurk. It would have actually been even better if her dance class hair had two little puffs like her regular hair length🥺!!!!!!
