She Loves You and 'the power of songs'
Q: Is that a strange sensation, people interpreting your songs as 'confessional' and thinking they know about you? A: It's always happened. The first time I realised how people take their own meanings from what you write was in 1963 when I went back to Liverpool. I was round at Rory Storm's mum Vi's house. I played From Me To You to her, [sings] 'If there's anything that you want...' She was like [acts out deeply moved, open-mouthed, amazed]. She said, 'Aah, I didn't know you could think like that.' I was like, 'It's just a song.' But it hit an emotional nerve, I don't know what, she didn't say, but it made me realise something about the power of songs.'
(Paul McCartney, Sept 2005, interview for Q Magazine)
From Me to You was written by Paul and John during winter tour with Helen Shapiro (tour lasted from 2 February 1963 until 3 March 1963) and recorded on 5 March 1963. So the time Paul 'went back to Liverpool' and got 'something about the power of song'.
Then, in the end of April, they (Paul, George, Ringo, Klaus and Astrid) went to Tenerife

while John and Brian went to Torremolinos.
In May Paul hears Bobby Rydell’s hit Forget Him:
Forget him if he doesn't love you Forget him if he doesn't care Don't let him tell you that he wants you 'Cause he can't give you love which isn't there
Oh, little girl, he's never dreamin' of you He'll break your heart, you wait and see So, don't you cry now, just tell him goodbye now Forget him and please come home to me
One idea that lay behind ‘She Loves You’ was the song by Bobby Rydell called ‘Forget Him’, which was based on the call-and response structure. That’s how it started out. The idea was that one person would sing, ‘She loves you’, and the other ones would answer, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah’. That idea got lost along the way.

26 June Paul and John started composing “She Loves You” after a concert at the Majestic Ballroom in Newcastle (it was recorded on 1 July, less than a week after it was written) The song starts unusually, with the hook right away: She loves you, yeah-yeah-yeah!
As I read the other day, he [Paul] said in one of his ‘fanzine’ interviews that he was trying to put some distance between The Beatles and the public – and so there was this identity of Sgt Pepper. Intellectually, that’s the same thing he did by writing ‘He loves you’ instead of ‘I love you.’ That’s just his way of working.
(John Lennon, 1980, All We Are Saying, David Sheff)

Wednesday: "What is taking Xavier so long?"
Thing: *signs* "Who cares! We need to get ready!"
Forget about his existence, please
hahahaha I remember when it bothered me that they didn't take into account the existence of baby aegon…..I shouldn't have done that…. I prefer a thousand times that they forget that he existed, if the shittyshow people use him, it's to exalt The little bastards like the brothers of the year either put him as their servant or he is a mere object of decoration.
and the "fans" of "daemyra" ahhh I better not even talk about them….they are the worst hahahaha at least the ones from shiityshow are only based on what HBO showed them, but these…. mmm…
Leave my boy alone, please.
Chase you!!
