When we talk about foreign spouse does that mean different race/ethnicity than me? Or born in a foreign country in comparison to my native country?
♀It can go both ways actually depends on what you're country is like. Some countries have vastly different cultures within every state or it still feels "foreign" but with monotonous countries like most East asian countries, there's not much difference in each state. Though with constant "foreign" indicators throughout all persona charts concerning spouses (juno, union, groom, briede, boda, etc) then that's a clear sign of a foreign spouse.
Though, it also depends on what type of indicators of a "foreign spouse" show up on your chart. Sometimes it just means you'll meet in a foreign country i.e the "where" instead of who.
