So you know when you hear us Persians say that we've been foreign-occupied by Islam, what we mean is genuinely the people that have taken us over, these guys right here, they are not even Iranian, they are not even Persian.

These lot are Arab Islamists who have come into our country, taken us over and forced our people to follow their rules.

Look at the flag that they replaced ours with. Can you see the small letters embedded within the flag? These are Arabic letters. Our own people can't even read the flag. This is the level of foreign occupation we're talking about.

And I think not many people are aware of the situation, so it's important to spread this message so you guys understand what we're going through here and why we're so passionate about getting our land back.

The Arabic lettering in the flag reads "Allahu Akbar." Iranians do not speak Arabic. Iranians are not Muslims. An Arabic, Muslim flag is a sign of an invading empire.

The panel discussion will evaluate different dimensions of the challenges that girls and women face specially those under foreign occupation and dwell upon possible pathways to ensure the protection and promotion of their rights.

The objective of the panel discussion is to raise awareness regarding violations of the fundamental rights of women in situations of foreign occupation, specifically:

Sexual attacks, including rape, intimidation and exploitation, often perpetrated as a weapon of war;

Arrest and incarceration, including of male family members;

Denial of food, shelter and medical help;

Privacy intrusions, including in house searches;

The abduction, detention and torture of children;

Trauma suffered due to security operations, torture and intimidation; and

The indiscriminate bombing of homes, dwellings and places of refuge.

If they’re citizens, they’re NOT immigrants!

And in this case we’re NOT talking about citizens!  Which was the point.

Mr. President, this is the eternal law of human nature. You may struggle against it, you may try to escape it, you may persuade yourself that your intentions are benevolent, that your yoke will be easy and your burden will be light, but it will assert itself again. Government without the consent of the governed—an authority which heaven never gave—can only be supported by means which heaven never can sanction.
