#bee ocs

Marina and Carrie!!!! Marina is a bee that looves the beach, :3 and Carrie, is non-beenary (pun<3) they/she/its, it loooooves her gf so much and often ends up hanging out at the beach while Marina is either playing in the sand or collecting seashells.

These are the bees they're based on >w< the neon cuckoo bee and the blue carpenter bee

I love my bees so I’ve drawn one of the colonies/hive. Our first queen bee is called Nessa, she’s long, slim and dark so I made her goth here

It’s not the best photo of her but it was the first time we spotted her (she now has a yellow spot on her back to find her better) tw: bee/bugs, trypophobia

They have many outfits

The Bee is named Apis. She’s a mining bee specifically.. they both have many outfits but hers always are cutesy and there’s usually more to them

The bat is Knox, he is a bumblebee bat (these are endangered guys… they’re so small, maybe I really like bees…). His outfits aren’t very different from each other, usually just a undershirt/tank top, because he hates the ones catered to his large wings.

A new oc!

A little context this lil guy is from a universe where majority of people are some sort of animal, like they’re kinda fused with that animal, and would be referred to as that animal.

This person is a bee, and more specifically a European honey bee (which is an invasive species in Australia fun fact)

Hopefully you can read the notes on the drawing, if not, and /or if you’d like some more info on them and how I incorporated bee traits in their design let me know :)
