Went in to town to the thrift stores in search of MANY things. Our quest was only successful in the matter of: we wanted more small plates, which we use much more than large plates. We found this set:

It has some large plates but they're not so big as our current ones, and it was nice that it had three sizes. (Also, it was the only set with no cups. In my experience it's much easier to thrift "odd" dishes in the USA!)

Because I am incorrigible I also bought a glass perfume phial:

Idk what I'm doing with it but I loved it too much to resist paying £2.50 for it. I cannot be trusted in the crockery section of a thrift store. There are so many things I almost bought but we don't have space for them even though I absolutely think we'd use them.
