Here are the five artists I follow on Chartmetric. 4/5 have lost followers over the past days. Harry’s numbers are way down. Odd.
I guess that Tumblr is removing bots.
I’ve now dipped below 5k followers, losing 160 followers within the last three days, despite gaining a couple of followers daily and posting new content.
I wasn’t sure if it was something I did, but if it’s removing bots I can understand. It does hurt to see a milestone I’ve worked towards since 2018 be ripped away in the span of a couple of days.
So I guess I’m back on the road to 5k, especially if the numbers is going to keep dipping.
You’re telling me I went through a 40 follower purge for no reason but these four got to stay? I thought it was kinda funny my four horsemen on the tumblrpocalypse but now I’m just salty, did I lose actual followers? Was there really so many bots?

Those approximately 40 followers might have been bots, but they were my bots!
I literally have a celebration post to prove I was at 300 at some point and I know I went decently above that. Tumblr stole my numbers :(

Regarding Followers
It has come to my attention that I have lost over twenty followers within the past month. I am unsure as to what is causing this. I’ve been putting trigger warnings on material and posting as often as possible, yet people still seem to be disappointed.
I’d love some feedback so that I can improve---what am I doing right and wrong, what can I improve on?

i lost 4 followers for posting that the Duggar boy deserves to be thrown in jail for molesting 5 girls. good. get off my blog. you’re weak and you’re heartless and you will be weeded out soon. keep posting about it. keep reminding people that these girls will be affected for life because of this. keep reminding people that this man is a monster. keep reminding people that this is not a joke, this is beyond serious, and victims need safe places away from people like Joshua Duggar.
