I am the greatest, I said that even before the world knew I was. Sometimes I just don't feel motivated to train. I even make up excuses as to why I can't train and always find other "more important" things to do. The thing is, when I don't train I feel crap, I have no energy, feel slouchy and not as happy as usual. It's like training is my happy medication.😝 When I get like this I have to remind myself why it was I started training in the first place and how it makes me feel. I remember the feeling I get when I finish a session where I'm exhausted but feel awesome at the same time and have a sense of accomplishment. I'm instantly happier!!😃👍 If you're struggling to find the motivation, always remember what made you want to get fit and healthy in the first place and how much you really want your goal! You will never achieve your goal if you can't keep yourself motivated. Nobody else is going to motivate you every day, it's up to you to do it! If you don't then you'll always be disappointed in yourself that you didn't just suck it up and get it done!
