Just got done with a little bit of training. Every time I have an EMS shift I have a hard time telling if I'm slow because I have short sausage link legs or am I just out of shape. Though I would like to believe it's the first one I'm really leaning towards the latter. I need to get into better shape. I don't need a six pack or whatever some people today think they need. I just want to be able to keep up with the long legged people. And no this isn't just for my job, my kids deserve a better role model and a parent who's there for them for a good long while.
