I think the worst part about writing fanfiction is the part where you have five different threads written out but can’t figure out how to transition properly
Me: Walking into the open elevator on the ground floor of my apartment, not noticing it’s under maintenance.
Maintenance guy nearby: Oh you can’t use that one, we’re fixing it!
Me: Laughing nervously while trying to act normal as I’m dying inside “Oh, haha, darn elevators” pressing button and getting into the other one quickly.
Also Me: Dying and berating myself for my stupidity for the next forever even tho it was a minor thing that anyone could do.
