First long post- sorry!! #30daysoffit challenge track my workout in #bodyspace cardio was easy but I do so much during my workout it would take me all day to track lol so I usually just put my focus for the day. Today was working that chest and it was also #sweetcakes today. Not a long workout but killer I had sweat dripping head to toe. my bodyspace is amgrimm01 if you want to follow. I usually don't put amount of reps for I am doing a mix of @ashley.horner trainers along with my coaches and these are programs they worked hard for so if you want the workouts checkout either Ashley's programs- link in my profile or @shaneheugly who is an amazing coach for contest prep. Both have made a huge impact on me. Today started off with 30 minute hit 30 on 30 off . Hit portion keep speed above 8.5. Off between 4.5 to 5.5. With every minute raise incline 1% till you reach highest level then go back down. Workout Kettleball swings-pullovers-decline push-ups Next circuit Bench Press I did do 5 rounds on Bench press super setting day two of #sweetcakes hundreds of lunges π₯ Next set was tricep pullovers with renegade rows Then I did burnout of push ups and tricep dips total of 4 burn outs for each Last Abs π€π If you want to kill core while doing lunges put a weight over your head... Let's just say this was my last set of #sweetcakes that was 100 curtsy lunges each leg.... Killer!!
