My parents have these old wine glasses and I based this skirt on the etchings around the … bowl, of the glass? Is that the term for the cup part held up by the stem? Is it just called the cup?

That quilted embellishment would have also looked good in honeycomb pleats if I had known those existed when I drew this.

This week I want to talk about details. I do love basic and classic items of clothing but with some sort of interesting details.
