Background:
Being born before moving to Moralton, Flutter got a taste of what life was like outside of the towns bubble. This was outside of her parent’s knowledge however. Flutter used to be rebellious and would often run away to hang out in the “bad parts” of her home town. After moving, she still had her curious nature until one day before a sermon started she burnt her hands and face with Holy Water. Now she is feared around town for the “implications,” but she remains unbothered.

Her fingers are fused together because she tried to stop the water from hitting her face but she only saved one side, Xacto is protective over her and she is the same back, Is the first to pick up Dowel’s plan but doesn’t say anything to not ruin it, She wasn’t fully happy with how it was at her house (parents were not emotionally there at times) but she can tell it’s getting better, Dowel custom made her dress and the jewelry
