A short and sweet prompt fill for the following:

Day 5 - Unconditional love | “I’ll never leave you. I promise.”

Day 19 - Forehead touch | “I need to see you, now.”

The farmhouse was attached to many unpleasant memories: Leo’s near-miss, monster hunters, thermonuclear bombs, Purple Dragons…They wouldn’t take this moment of respite for granted, sprawled in the grass, warmed by a satisfying workout and soothing sunlight overhead.

“No offense, Donnie, but your heat lamps have nothing on this,” Mikey yawned.

“None taken, this is great…”

“Don’t expect that sparrin’ rematch till tomorrow, Fearless,” Raph mumbled. “M’not movin’ anytime soon.”

"Is this part really all that necessary?" Kazuki asked right before he was hit none-too-gently on the cheek with a comically large powder puff. He shut the eye on that side to avoid any of the cloud of dust ending up in it. That did nothing to stop the amount of powder he inhaled just from breathing.

Miri paused with the puff right by his face again and tilted her head as she asked, "You wanna be pretty, right papa?"

Oh, no. Not the pout. Whenever that adorable bottom lip of hers poked out even slightly, all of Kazuki's resolve crumbled in an instant. There was absolutely no way he could ever bring himself to deny those big ol' eyes of hers anything at all. He had no choice but to admit defeat.

Kazuki shut his eyes and mentally accepted his fate then sighed, "...yes, I want to be pretty."

"Ok, leave it to Miri!" The little girl shouted, excited as ever. She rummaged through her makeup kit until she found what she wanted. Her brilliant grin stretched from ear to ear as she chirped, "Hold still, papa!"

Rei unlocked the door to his apartment and stepped inside. He set his keys into the usual bowl and kicked off his shoes. He barely managed to get his slippers on before he heard a familiar shout and accompanying pitter patter of small feet across the floor.

"Papa Reiiiiiiiiii!"

He quickly spun around to see Miri barreling his way with her arms outstretched and a smile that rivaled the sun itself upon her face. Rei knelt down to catch the very welcome embrace. He scooped her up and returned the hug as he rubbed her back gently. Her adorable giggle in his ear healed his soul just a little bit.

Miri started to talk about something nonsensical, then someone else approached. Both of them turned to watch Kazuki lumber towards them slowly. The moment the adults' eyes met, Rei snorted. Just look at the state of his partner!

With crazy colors all over his face and little bows in his hair, Kazuki was a sight to behold. He looked like he'd been attacked by a gang armed only with art supplies. Was that also lipstick that looked like it was applied by a blindfolded kangaroo?

"Doesn't Papa Kazuki look super pretty!" Miri chirped. She managed to get even louder as she boasted, "I did it myself!"

Rei stifled a laugh and nodded. This was way too hilarious, he wasn't sure how much longer he could take it. He turned his attention to the precious girl in his arms and replied, "You did a great job, Miri. He doesn't look like a lunatic at all."

"Luna... huh?" Miri asked with a curious tilt of her head. The question seemed to be immediately forgotten when a brand new idea struck her. She raised both arms all the way in the air and exclaimed, "I'll do your makeup, too!"

"Oh. Uh. That's-"

"Sounds like a great idea, Miri!" Kazuki shouted as he tossed his arm around the dark-haired man and squeezed just a bit tighter than necessary. "I just know Papa Rei would love that!"

Rei blinked at the blond. When had he even gotten so close? That was scary. Rei looked from his partner to their precious daughter. She was glowing as she and Kazuki both laughed loudly in agreement about something or other.

Kris's eyes flutter open when a sunbeam filters through the window. Morning already? He suppresses a sigh, wishing that the sun would retreat for another bell or two, then turns his gaze to his partner.

Laurent begins to stir, and shortly after, he opens his eyes and looks at Kris. "Mm...Good morning..." He gives Kris a small smile, his lids still heavy from sleep.

How did I become so lucky that you came to love me...? Kris returns the smile, pushes some of Laurent's hair out of his face, and gives him a peck on his cheek. "Good morning, Reyna..."

i made the (excellent) mistake of watching K-pop demon hunters and this Idea wouldn't leave.

Ace Hunters- Hayley, Jackson, Marcel and Davina - famous US band and demon hunters.

Self-made Orphans- Freya, Finn, Elijah, Klaus, Kol and Rebekah - demon band.

Rebekah glared at the costume, layers of white, at least she was spared the gold embroidery her brothers had.

Kaus had arranged it mostly to get the attention and on the nerves of Ace Hunters manager, Camille "Cami" O'Connell, the former hunter and her family ran a church or something, so her brother had arranged their performance to be religious based.

Meaning Self-made Orphans would be dressed as nuns and priests.

So Rebekah was expected to wear a full white nun’s habit, at least she wasn’t alone in her annoyance of it given how much she had heard Kol complaining.

The clearing of a throat pulled her from glaring at the fabric, her sister was smiling, almost laughing at her in the doorway of her dressing room.

“I thought you wanted a break from the pigtails and school uniforms.” Freya called as she stepped closer, heels clicking on the floor.

Something Rebekah was rarely allowed to wear, both because she was already tall enough and as the ‘baby’ of the band she was always dressed as younger; oversized sweaters, pastels and lace. It wasn’t that Rebekah disapproved. It would have been great for a real sixteen year old popstar, but she was a thousand years old and seeing Freya playing the ‘sexy seductress’ made her tired knee length skirts and dresses .

“Turns out there is worse” she huffed, before turning from the costume to Freya “How long do I have to play this part?”

Her elder sister must have already done this play, traveling the mortal realm to collect souls decades ago and was close to Sage and Elijah, the two mostly running things this time, if anyone knew it would be her. 

“Elijah was the ‘baby’ or ‘Darling’ for thirty years last time we were here.” Freya chuckled, making Rebekah blink.

That had never been mentioned before, at all, meaning Elijah was embarrassed and managed to keep Finn and Sage from bringing it up.

She had to get the stories.

“Come,” Freya beckoned bringing Rebekah out of her plans, “I’ll do your makeup” she offered and Rebekah smiled nodding before leaning into her big sister’s side to follow her to the chair as she tried to imagine Elijah playing the ‘baby’ of the group now.

She laughed at the mental image of her cool and collected big brother in pastel sweaters and pouting.
