The Position:   This Account Manager position is a vital team member who will promote add-on services to the embedded hospitality industry client base and sell software services to new prospects globally, with a focus on the SE USA, Mexico and The Caribbean and Central America.  This is a professional sales position with the opportunity for substantial growth.

Initiate sales calls to new prospects

Present and sell a line of value-added software upgrades, interfaces, applications, and related services to the existing customer base

Enter into and manage account activity through on-line company’s CRM database program.

Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts

Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts

Follow-up on new leads and referrals

Work with Customer Service Department to achieve and maintain world-class customer rapport an satisfaction

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

The Requirements:

2-5 years of outside sales experience that is directly related to the activities specified herein with hospitality and/or timeshare industry technology experience

Ability to travel locally and internationally

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Ability to persuade and influence others and to develop and deliver presentations

Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public

Computer literate with experience in the hospitality industry management technologies and platforms

Minimum bachelor’s degree

Working Conditions:

Miami, FL-based office 

Working conditions are normal for an office environment

Travel required

Work requires a willingness to work a flexible business schedule (evenings and/or weekend and overnight travel).
