Ironically, it all came back.

             People come and go as time goes by. Some came to be part of our lives; some just went by to teach us life lessons. There are people who we taught will matter to us for a long time, people who we taught will be the one that will be there for us when we were down. But it turned out to be just a mere hope of us, longing to have someone that is genuinely there with us.

           Then one day came, a person from the past came back. A person who used to occupy a big part in our heart. A person who we taught will be the one. He still looks the same. The same guy with the same characteristics. The guy from the past smiling like a Cheshire cat, right in front of you. Maybe not a hundred percent the same, but the thought of him being back in my life is mind blowing. Where everything stopped the moment that you saw him. All the feelings that you felt a few years ago came back like it just happened the day before. It is ironic how long it took us to move one; how long it took us to forget all the sweet things that doesn’t mean a thing for him. So ironic that in just a snap of a finger, a blink and a sight of him right in front of you changed all of that. Funny how our emotion is playing us. How we’re feeling with so much excitement and glee but at the same time uneasy by how destiny brought your past in the present time. Funny how just a few days back you were looking in your old photo album, scanning through the photos and feeling nostalgic as you see each one of it. Funny how faith and destiny is playing your cards where suddenly, someone that you haven’t seen for a long time came back; someone who used to mean something. But is it all in the past now? Or you’re just fooling yourself? Fooling yourself that all those feelings are in the past now. But why does it feel like all of it came back?

           Then there I realized that I still care. That no matter how hard I try to remove these feelings; there will always be a special part for you in my heart. It’s just funny because I’m the only one feeling this way. You’re already happy with that girl in your arms, she’s looking beautiful in a white gown. Now, all I want to say is take care and I’m proud of who you have become.

     Fun fact about me. I once imitated a squash/pumpkin for our nutrition month. I met Santa Clause (lol). When I was 6, I hit my friend’s head with a badminton racket; don’t worry, he’s fine and we’re still friends.

Kumbaga sa mga pinoy bands..yan ang Eheads. Ako si Ely, si Buddy naman si Roden at Ian, si Marcus naman si Prey at si Raimund ay si Bryan, Oliver at Ronnel. Sa mga nakakakilala, alamin niyo na lang kung bakit.
