he and his lion came to the building after his circus was set on fire by a careless audience member’s cigarette. only Lucky and King the circus lion survived.

Lucky hates rude audience members and people who don’t respect performers. his floor is circus themed and sacrifices are forced to be the audience and unwilling participants in all kinds of circus acts. his favorite is knife throwing. if they do well and are a good audience, Lucky might them go. most people get too fed up with Lucky’s bs to be “good” audience members though.

also, his floor is a no smoking zone and if he sees you with a cigarette you instantly die.

he’s very extroverted and can be a bit annoying. also, you can never really tell when he’s being sincere or just acting, so being friends with him is pretty tiring.

His name is Neko he’s about 18 and was in his last year of highschool.

He was a quiet guy in a poor family so he was bullied a lot. One day on the way home he found a small kitten, he picked it up but at that moment some other bullies came his way, they ripped the frail kitten out of his arms and threw it over the bridge before beating him up.

He later found the kitten’s tiny body down the river and buried it, he felt a sudden rush of anger towards them. He began working on a mascot head in the same colours and shape of the little kitten.

The next day at school he arrived wearing the head and wielding a metal spiked bat, he took out staff and any students in his way until he found his bullies, he slaughtered them brutally that there was no possible way to identify them.

Escaping from the school and police it wasn’t long till Gray found him and took him in.

He is the floor master of B8

His floor is school based with classrooms with sliding doors, and long hallways.

He is semi mute and uses hand motions to communicate, if he does speak it’s usually out of context one sentence words.

His eyes glow in the dark so if not used to it, it can be scary.

A bunch of cats also reside on his floor, it seems Neko and the cats can communicate with one another and they can tell Neko where his victims are.

During hunting Neko runs on all fours making him extremely fast and powerful. While searching for his victims he walks on two legs tapping his bat of the floor and lockers to scare his victims.

He is very cat like in his movements, from the way he sits to his mannerisms, aka scratching at things to sharpen his claws, knocking stuff of the table and being smug about it.

contrary to popular belief about cats not liking water, he enjoys bathing and other then in front of gray it’s the only time he removes his head.

When he eats he tears small bits of his food and sticks it under his head, he also slips a straw under it when he drinks.

He has a soup straw to a friend gave him.
