OP paired this kimono with a cherry blossoms obi, but I personally don't feel like those two belongs together? Anyway, this kimono is lined so intented for colder months, but spiderweb motif will always hint at summer for me :)

Still pictures don’t do this outfit justice as OP stresses obi has holographic threads which must shimmer in similar hues as the kimono!
Fascinating suminagashi (”floating ink” marbling, see video process below) kimono with great oil slick tints. The obi chosen is a bit underwhelming and imo don’t compliment this beauty at all! (just imagine how jewel tones could have this kimono shine ^^)
