Flickerstick: Pistol In My Hand (Official Music Video)
I could be the drug you can’t resist
In honor of the Artemis crew's return to Earth, I recommend giving a listen to Flickerstick's album Welcoming Home the Astronauts :3
what's your favorite bit of the last song you listened to?
The last song I listened to was Execution by X-Mas Lights by Flickerstick
My favorite part is probably the line “It’s time go out / And scream it from the top of the moon / One more time”
Though to be fair X-Mas Lights is a song I listen to more for the feeling/emotion of it rather than the specific lyrics
This was a fun question to think about tho thank u for sending it! It just so happened that the last song I listened to doesn’t work as well for this as others lmao

Oh yeah also I listened to the songs from Flickerstick’s newest album for the first time in a while the other day. They did grow on me a bit from my initial listen (Compromise especially that one’s easily my fav) but I’m still kinda cooler on the album as a whole
2001, summer, before 9/11. There was a show on VH1 called Bands on the Run, some reality competition show between bands, closer to a precursor to The Amazing Race than a precursor to American Idol.
Flickerstick won, their album was great.
I worked my internship job during the day, I ate reasonably healthy, I went to bars at night, I listened to this type of music, I was happy.
Once again thinking abt how good the bridge in Do You See the World by Flickerstick is
