Everyone has a weakness...whether it’s physical, mental, or even emotional. _ In the early days of my recovery and physical therapy, the priority was to strengthen the muscles around the labrum that was repaired in order to support the rest of my shoulder, give it strength, and protect it from re-injury. _ This is relevant in every area of your fitness journey and life in general. _ Truth be told, I’d be lying if I said I was strong all on my own.. _ Behind every strong man is an even stronger support system. _ It’s like this: _ When you’re getting ready to bench a heavy weight, you look up to your spotter, you trust them, and you know that they are there if things go south.. in that moment, they (your spotter) are all that matters. _ We live in a world that has taught us we can’t trust each other, but you can’t escape the vulnerable moments in life when a load of weight is rapidly lowering down upon your chest. _ We need each other, and we need to lift one another up. _ My point is this: _ Spread love and positivity, and understand the importance of close relationships. _ Be there for others and allow them to be there for you.. _ No one can accomplish life on their own.
