I woke up to more sunshine here in Valedale this morning, and I knew I had to make the most of it.
I walked into the stables greeted by Maya and my horses all whinnying to greet me. I went round and fed them all, and I reached flecky’s stable, where I stopped to give him a scratch. Flecky is one of my favourite horses, his talent is unbelievable and he really is a showstopper. Maybe one day I’ll get him back out eventing.. but for now I’ll take him for a ride out in the woods. I tacked him up in our favourite wolfs saddlery saddle, bridle and girth, and popped on a jorvik designs saddlepad that got sent to me. Flecky was rearing to go and almost pulled me to the mounting block. I hopped on and off we went, Flecky’s head nodding in excitement as he jogged up the path towards the woods 🌲

Flecky had a little leg stretch in the paddock today!
haven’t edited for a while so decided to do an edit of one of my fave boys!!
Decided to trailer Flecky over to the Riding arena this evening to get him used to indoor arena’s and to do a bit of flatwork! He was so so good, and even pulled the cutest little face for the camera at the end of our lesson! He’s the best lil nug ever!!
