BALITANG LOKAL: Flash Express' warehouse hub in Sibulan overwhelmed by Mid-Year order surge [#OnlyOnOneNETnews]

SIBULAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL -- A large volume in queue of undelivered parcels at a local storage warehouse of e-commerce logistics courier 'Flash Express' in Sibulan massively delays item goods whether Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) before payment or paid for by any digital payment methods such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards or electronic wallets in the country via Shopee or Lazada. This is more concerning due to a surge in online orders with mid-year bonuses for its delivery drivers, managers and staff of FE.
Flash Express was based in Thailand, and owned by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder himself named 'Mr. Komsan Saelee' started as an independent flagship courier service in early mid-March 2018, followed by the branch expansion in the Philippines on August 1st, 2021, managed by 'Engr. John de Guzman Tarampi'. Under the business name of 'Flash Group', the company has rapidly grown to become one of the largest e-commerce logistics providers in Southeast Asia.
On Tuesday (May 20th, 2025 -- Sibulan local time), people across towns and cities in Negros Oriental are in hot boiling water of frustration waiting to deliver the item goods big or small after the 2-week wait window lapses off whether internationally or domestically. Not all of them have been successfully delivered despite the parcels needing to be sorted all at once. Disney XD News has yet to release a public statement of apology with Flash Express in the Philippines for the inconvenience caused by the significant delays in package deliveries in this said province.
To reduce the delay of provincial deliveries here in the Visayas region, Flash Express improves its tracking, hires more local staff and ensures clearer communication with Filipino consumers against the fixers and late or missed deliveries as strictly complied by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Better organization in the warehouse and buying more sorting technology could clear the current backlogs and make the overall service more efficient.
