we’ve finished learning the opener work and now just have to clean it! can’t wait to work on the weapons feature with the kids tomorrow!

When you get in around 1 1/2 hours of flag work, and your hands hurt, but you still continue
I recently shot a short video of the Kidsgrove Scouts open class guard the before and the day of their first competition.
So I got in a good 15-20 minute color guard workout and I'm waiting for it to cool down to run.
