This evil little fucking devil spawn, well and truly kicked my arse this #fridaythe13th. Rolling down the access ramp, to the islands ferry, I got one of my feet stuck in the pedal straps. The evil little #fixiedgear chose this exact time to slip it’s back wheel out on the wet surface, dumping me on my left side in a comedy fashion. So there’s me, lying on my side, foot still stuck in the fucking pedal with the bike on top of me. Right on cue, all the ferry passengers seemed to be looking my way, and almost in unison, they all pissed themselves laughing! I thought I got away with it, but riding home, I couldn’t put any weight on my left wrist, now it’s starting to bruise and swell.
