I will attempt the few monthly questions in one ask, as I do not wish to clog the dash with my ramblings. I already speak enough.
Combining holidays and halloween, I do not believe that the ancients were too keen on 'holidays'. There was, of course, a typical end-of-year celebration. Although I was not able to frequently observe the traditions in person, being stuck in my can, and not thinking to send observers to watch the traditions, I do not know much of what took place. I believe I remember fireworks, however.
As for other holidays, I hardly remember. I was too focused on work to think on the frivolous celebrations of the people in my city. It is only after they were gone that I began to treasure their history. I do remember the celebration on the day of ascension, although the memories are tainted sour by the actions of my creators, as well as the fact that some did not want to ascend. But, alas. It is all behind us now.
As for nicknames, me, and many of my peers, have several. Given our names are often mouthfuls (save for me, given the shortest name, 'Five Pebbles'), we, of course, came up with shortened versions. I had "pebbles", "pebs," "FP," and my name in anonymous groups, "Erratic pulse." I called Seven Red Suns "suns", as many did. No Significant Harrassment "sig", or occasionally "Harrassment". Looks to the Moon just "moon", or occasionally "big sister Moon", as was her name in chatlogs.
