My peak weight (310 lbs) vs March 31, 2019 (day 1) vs. March 31, 2020 (year 1), March 31, 2021 (year 2) vs today - I hope I’m still making progress 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. I cannot believe that it’s been 3 years and 786 workout sessions since I started my #fitnessjourney, 3 years of both pleasure and pain - pleasure I get from the amount of energy I get and the results I see and pain from sprain, pulled muscles, plantar fasciitis and many more. I cannot fathom how I got the patience and tenacity to get this far. In my life, this journey is the only thing I can brag about with my head high and though I know I have so much more steps to take, I’m happy to have gotten this far. Always grateful to my #fitspiring friends who never let me run out of motivation. Here’s to another 3 and more years of fitness and health! #fitnessjourney #3rdyearoffitness #moretogo https://www.instagram.com/p/Cbxnnb7vjJL0LdHhrdVsMk1QrWUa3Xot1dANNo0/?utm_medium=tumblr
