After my “walleye hunt”, I posted my very first catch to Fishidy and really began to explore their fabulous features. I really liked is that you can post your catch directly to the waterway you are fishing and see other’s catches or marked “spots” unless they are marked as private, which is nice  if you don’t want to give too much away.  It was neat to see other locals out on the water the same nights as I catching fish and to see the spots we choose to fish were producing! It’s almost like we are all sharing our “secrets” with each other because as you may know you should never ask a true angler for their secrets or secret spots.

I also posted my catch to their “Braggin’ Board” after all, it was my first Walleye! Fishidy has a really neat feature where you can post your favorite catch(s) to their “braggin’ board” alongside other community members. Here users can vote for their favorites ultimately deciding a winner for the week.  Other than the opportunity to brag about your catch if you are voted top angler you win a prize pack that includes a 1 year premium membership, Fishidy gear, and your photo showcased across Fishidy's social media network! It’s safe to say I will be spending a lot more time on Fishidy. It’s not just a social media community of anglers sharing their photos and knowledge but, also a place to look at maps and help you plan for your next outing, which I will be doing before our Wyoming trip soon!
