Simple quick mac and cheese with garlic, tomatoes, capers and canned salmon. The funny thing is, that I started to make the mac and cheese because I didn't want to chop and cut everything to make a salmon salad (like tuna salad but salmon) and then I just kept grabbing things to add as the mac boiled lol...
