Just Went On My First Driving Lesson!!
I've never driven before! My bffs brother took me on my lesson in his truck 0.0 I was so nervous! I spazzed a teeny bit once or twice, but at the end he gave me a rating of 7/10!!!!!! Yeet! So excited for my next lesson!
Just did my first time on the road! 100 miles, and, uh... After my second lesson. I was terrified.
A little life update
So, good news - I bought my first car! Bad news - I bought my first car.
It's only been a few days, and I already
- had a panic attack
- messed up turns and lanes
- drove in the opposite direction on the one way street
- tried to turn and drive with a handbrake pulled up
- every parking took at least 10-15 minutes
- scared to stop by at the gas station
- afraid that my (used but in a good condition) car is already dying on me because I'm treating it badly
Tomorrow I have to drive on the highway again (I did it today already) for like an hour and I'm TERRIFIED. I don't want to sit down behind a wheel. I feel like a total looser and a failure who passed her driving exam by some mistake and now deserve to have her driving license taken from her and getting banned from driving ever again.
(I heard that everyone goes through something similar, but my self-centered ass still thinks that I'm the worst)
P.S.: i think that I have to add that I'm doing all that in a different country, with unfamiliar driving rules and specifics and my language level is not very high 🫣🫣🫣🫣 which all adds to me being a fucking idiot all the time
