a 2-door Rubicon ($46,610) costs less than a Sahara ($48,910). lockers front and rear vs a conventional diff. make it make sense.

the Willys '41 is $49,335 and still has the same black-and-white gauge cluster as the $36,035 Sport.

the 6.4 V8 is back in TWO trims now — Willys 392 and Moab 392, $10k apart for basically one locker.

Milestone I didn't expect to take this long: the first Porsche Cayenne guide is finally on the site. Worth the wait though, because the 2026 Cayenne is genuinely three lineups now (gas, plug-in hybrid, and a new electric platform with a 1,139 hp Turbo Electric).

A search for the 2026 Porsche Macan brings up two completely different SUVs.

The gas-powered Macan is the familiar model with a turbocharged four-cylinder or twin-turbo V6, standard all-wheel drive, and Porsche’s 7-speed PDK. The Macan Electric is the newer second-generation model with a 100-kWh battery, 800-volt fast charging, and either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive.

They share the Macan name, but they are not the same vehicle with different powertrains. They use different platforms, have different interiors, and deliver very different driving and ownership experiences.

The 2026 Porsche Macan comes in four gas trims, and picking one is basically one question: four cylinder or twin turbo V6.

Base Macan and Macan T run the 261 hp turbo four. The T adds the suspension and sport kit that make it the driver's pick. The Macan S jumps to the 375 hp V6. The Macan GTS tops it out at 434 hp, the full performance flagship.

Prices run $65,400 to $94,200. Here is which one is worth it.

The 2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 has 4 engines, and the base four-cylinder actually makes more torque than the V8 sitting right above it.

Broke down all 4, the 2.7L TurboMax, 5.3L V8, 6.2L V8, and the 3.0L Duramax diesel, as 2 head to head matchups instead of 4 separate choices. The 6.2L and the Duramax also tie at 13,300 lbs max towing, so that one comes down to power and sound versus torque and fuel economy, not the tow rating.

2026 Ford Bronco Sport: which trim actually makes sense?

Quick version. There are 4 trims, from $31,845 to $37,265, and the lineup splits in a way most buyers miss.

Big Bend and Heritage share the same 1.5L EcoBoost (180 hp) and standard 4x4. Heritage just adds the retro 1966 look and all-terrain tires.

Then it forks: Outer Banks goes full comfort (heated power seats, dual-zone climate, 18-inch wheels) while keeping the 1.5L. Badlands is the real off-roader, and the only one with the 2.0L EcoBoost (250 hp), Advanced 4x4, HOSS 2.0, and steel skid plates.

And no, the Badlands does not come with standard leather. It is ActiveX, built to be wiped down after the trail.
