It was sold to him by Curtis Lineberry, the manager of admissions, from ticket booth number 2. Roy Disney thought the first ticket would be of historical importance. He paid $1 for the ticket. He also bought the first ticket into Disney World. This ticket was discovered on his desk after his passing.
