A counted cross stitch PATTERN, meaning ONLY the pattern. Not the thread or the adidas. This is NOT a cross stitch kit. ONLY THE PATTERN. Ba
I've created my first counted cross stitch pattern. Feel free to support me by buying this Undertale inspired pattern, and please let me know what I can improve. You get two patterns for the small price of $5, one is in colored, one is black and white in case that's easier on you. And I created this for the 10th Undertale Anniversary some months ago. I was... just afraid of posting it.

~ The Hurricane Shawl ~ **Free pattern**
Hello everyone! It’s time to share my first official pattern! I had a lot of people express their interest on Instagram due to the unique shape of this shawl, so I decided to write up my process and share it with all of you! I would say a beginner could do this pattern as long as you were comfortable with increasing and decreasing stitches.Â
This pattern is a 12 row repeat, but trust me, it’s a lot simpler than it looks. For the shawl pictured above I used one whole cake of Hobbii’s Twister yarn, but any fingering weight yarn will work. I recommend at least 1000 yards, but you can use any amount of yarn and make this shawl as big or as small as you like. I also used a 4.25 mm crochet hook (sometimes labelled as a G hook, but not always). If you don’t have this size, you could use anything from a 4.5 to a 3.5 and you’ll have a similar drape. Gauge does not matter for this pattern. This pattern is in US terms.

should I add the sheer fabric to the rest of the piece or just keep the front textured and the sides/back plain?
texture all the way around
keep just the front textured. can you imagine how it would feel on the arms?

There was a time when the stars stopped giving their rare ink. One liar spirit, jealous at being spurned and deprived of his pleasure, slew their most favorite creature: possibility. He made the skin into mortal flesh, and the blood into shapes of meaning. Endeavor became sense deception. By false dilemma and unfair characterizations he wrote war and pantheons. A book of circles told the origin of Man. In these dark ages mortals suffered for the sins of their creator.
Man saw the immortal lie and learned the skill of his father. From the rotting flesh of possibility he made a totem of the liar spirit and blamed its two-facedness for darkening the world. With this eternal scapegoat in place, the stars may be persuaded to shine down once more. Even to this day, among the tribes of men, custom allows a meager dinner and evening candle be repaid with a new story well told.

PATTERN: Amigurumi Penguin!
I first found the pattern on Ravelry.com. The original pattern was written in Thai & was translated by someone through Google. I decided to test it out, but found that other than the head, the pattern contained a lot of errors. Rather than quitting, I decided to keep working on him & to make up the pattern as I go along. :)
So here's my first ever finished pattern (kind of). :)
