play roblox games w/ your partner! Those can be excellent for bonding & playing together, especially games where you can roleplay together.
if you do discord or facetime, ask to watch a movie while sharing a screen ! This can be enjoyable i think, since you can watch things together and have fun watching it đ€
I personally like to send images of my favorite stuffed animals/toys and ask my partner to guess their name!

Hey, your first anon here. I studied sanskrit in school but then i just left it after my high-school. Do you have any idea about how you'll start learning it because even i want to utilize the next few months I'll get after mid june to pick it up again.
I have no idea where to start except gathering the confidence to contact my sanskrit teacher from school whom i haven't talked to for years :'

i donât have a concrete plan yet. i scoured through a bunch of online resources and narrowed down on three resources:
https://www.learnsanskrit.org/ - it has a pretty comprehensive approach to learning sanskrit, and itâs free. i found some other courses/websites too but theyâre not free, so iâm not super keen on them, and i found them less extensive compared to this free website. this one is for beginners as well as for those who want to skip the basics.
apart from this, i found this other website that kinda helps with conversational sanskrit, if thatâs of interest to you, also free - http://www.acharya.gen.in:8080/sanskrit/new-lessons.php
lastly, iâm reading this book - sanskrit swayam shikshak by shripad d. satwalekar. i only found the hindi edition, not sure if thereâs an english translation. personally, it would help me familiarise myself with the devanagari script. i also feel like the hindi version would emphasise some nuances better, which could get missed out in english - just my assumption though, i could be wrong.
so iâm gonna focus on the first and third one majorly, at least for now. i'm a complete beginner (didn't study it in school) so i've chosen these. if iâm consistent enough, iâll look into more books and courses.
it would be a great idea to contact your teacher though, personal attention and recommendations can be really helpful when it comes to self studying a language. it might be a little awkward to establish contact again (đ ), so it's upto you. if you do, please let me know the advice you get.

Itâs quiet, in their little house on a mountain that Grianâs built for the both of them. Itâs theirs. Their bed and their tools atop their desert, one that was claimed at Scarâs insistence.
So why on earth did he keep looking at Scott and Jimmyâs place? Their corner of the world is peaceful, but neither of them are built for peaceful. Theyâre messy, and theyâre violent, but thatâs what makes his heart race and his breath leave him in peals of laughter. He knows Scar feels it too. Heâs seen that excited, manic point to his conmanâs smile, the same one Grian sees in the mirror. Scarâs a red life, and they rule the harsh desert together. They arenât built for the quiet, boring-ness of the hobbitsâ home.
Itâs almost a relief when Joel burns down their wall. He feels bad for the husbands, of course, butâ
Scarâs still looking at it with that gentle, longing look.
Grian takes his hand and leaves. He canât make their home like that. He could make the desert beautifulâheâs a builder, itâd be child's playâbut he could never build something peaceful. Not on this server. Here, peace meant you were dead.
Itâd also be a colossal waste of time and resources. Counterproductive, too. The cacti and lava are unsightly, but theyâre useful. They keep out intruders and more importantly, they keep Scar safe. The two of them have to be practical here.
âThatâs not why I wasâslow down there, Gânot why I was staring at the hobbit home,â Scar says, stumbling in the dew and grass as Grian drags him along. âI love whatâs ours.â
âOkay.â His answer is short and clipped as he whirls around to face his partner, a tenseness in the cut of his shoulders. Their hands are dropped in the movement, and he regrets the action almost instantly. He crosses his arms over his chest so he can blatantly ignore how he misses the way their hands fit together, how warm Scarâs palm was against his.
Frankly, everything heâs doing is a little petty, but every time he sees that expression on Scarâs face, something sour curls in his chest.
The expression on Scarâs face now resembles a deer in headlights, eyes wide and lead-tongued in a way heâd never let himself be in public. He takes his sweet time forming a response, avoiding the stony look Grianâs boring into him.
âYou turned down my proposal,â he finally says, and Grian takes a solid minute to buffer.
âWhat proposal?â He says, heart loud in his ears and bafflement dripping from his voice.
âI gave you flowers!â Scarâs voice pitches in response. âSeveral! Jimmy married Scott with one!â
Oh. Oh.
âYou followed it up with, âcan we still be friends.â You donât say that if youâre trying to marry someone!â He hisses, trying to keep the delighted fluttering in his chest under control.
âWell-!â Scar pauses, out of words to talk him out of the corner heâs backed himself into. Good. Thatâs what he gets.
âI was worried youâd leave.â
âIâm still here, arenât I?â Grian says with the bickering edge in his voice softening to gentle reassurance, âI havenât gone anywhere.â
Thereâs a beat of quiet from both of them afterwards, where Grian relishes in the butterflies floating in his stomach, in the stars winking in and out of sight above them, and in the red Scarâs ears always turn whenever he blushes.
Something thin and smooth is pressed into his palm, and he looks down to find a poppy the same, gentle red. Heâd wonder where it came from, but it is Scar heâs dealing with. He probably carries entire bouquets in his inventory for the heck of it.
Grian loves him for it. He loves him for a lot of things. He wants to say itâs unexpected, but itâs as natural as everything else in this life has been.
âThen,â his partner says, an uncharacteristic line of nervousness tinting his words, âwill you marry me?â
I don't think The Winchesters is likely to get renewed for a second season. I don't think the enthusiasm is there, tbh. If people are watching it just in the hope that Dean or Cas will show up.. that's not good enough. The show needs to stand on its own. And I don't think that's possible because only SPN fans are watching it and most of them (from what I've seen) are lukewarm about it at best.
I hope it gets renewed for a second season bc itâll give them the opportunity to stand on their own and create their own world, lore, destiny. Up until the finale, we were all wondering how Dean fits in, how John and Maryâs history from Supernatural aligns with The Winchesters.
Now that we know itâs an AU, they have the freedom to do whatever they want. This way they could possibly attract new fans that arenât looking to link things to the original show. (That was maybe my mistake going into it. But we also didnât know it was an au đ )
Thereâs still opportunity for great storytelling, so hopefully they get that chance and then take advantage of a season 2. đ
