30. favorite fandom to read fic from this year I didn't read a lot this year, I was banned from reading fic while writing WORMS, but I've read a lot of fic for The Magicians this past few weeks & they've salved a lot my heartbreak over TV Quentin's character arc, so go you, Fillorians, you're awesome, come closer and let me love you.

Hey I was thinking, Julia could cast before magic went away fairly quickly. Yeah she couldn’t because she was dealing with google magic but that’s the spell not her. That’s why i was confused why she couldn’t right away when she’s being trained. I don’t think it’s the spell, marina’s wards kept the anti magic spell at bay(aside from trying to view who they really are) so Brakebill’s wards would be more then sufficient. Then me being an idiot realized that Persephone, that sneak bitch(I love her so much). When she took Reynards spark and modified it and turned it into Julia’s she could only cast when she’s growing if it helped anyone emotionally or physically. So I’m thinking that because gods draw power from them self’s and not the wellspring, Julia is still drawing power from herself because she’s still a goddess that needs to cast spells that’ll help people and it’ll start growing. Also I’m not saying that she can only casts to help people because once she’s level upped enough she can cast for what she needs regardless of it helps people or not. But while she’s still weak she can only cast to help. Irk maybe I’m an idiot but I was just confused when she said she couldn’t cast and they were calling her a squib.
