“Mr. Wright, you’re finally here. You’re probably confused, have a seat. The doctor will see you soon.”
File 2
Patient(?): Tim Wright
To: Doctor [REDACTED]
Date: June 25, 2019
On the twenty third of June, two thousand nineteen, Mr. Wright came into the office. The letters apparently worked. In total, I sent thirteen letters. I know you said to only tell the truth but in the last letter I did not fully follow your instructions. The following is a quote from said letter:
“Mr. Wright, I highly suggest coming to [REDACTED]. We can heal you, we are currently treating a friend of yours. He goes by the name of [REDACTED].”
When he arrived he saw me, then gave me a concerned look. It might have been the medication you put me on, the side effects are very visible. I greeted him, called you to make a last minute appointment, then sat him down in the waiting area. He was quiet at first, then he started asking questions. These are some of the questions he asked:
“What kind of hospital is this?”
“Where is [REDACTED], when do I get to see him?”
“Is he alright, is he even here?!?!”
Every time he would ask me a question I would respond with the same answer; “Doctor [REDACTED] will answer the questions that he is allowed to.” He kept getting increasingly impatient, and paranoid. Eventually, you called him in. The next time I saw him was when he checked out. I’m not sure what you told him, but I am almost certain that he will be coming back. For one reason or another.
Sincerely,
Nurse [REDACTED]
P.s. I have not been to work recently because I have been facing problems regarding my privacy and possibly safety. Consequently, I will not be into work for a couple days.
“Oh God, what did he do to you?!?!”
Slenderverse oc I’m working. Might change a couple things later.

File 1
Patient: Alex Kralie
To: Doctor [REDACTED]
Date: June 21, 2019
On the twentieth of June, two thousand nineteen, Mr. Kralie came into the office saying that he needed to see you immediately. He did not seem to be in any physical pain, but he was crying. He looked as if he was on the brink of having a break down. He kept repeating this phrase over and over again:
“Oh God, the guilt. Oh God, the guilt.”
He would not even respond with a valid answer after I asked him a question. I then called you to set up a last minute appointment. Just before The Loudspeaker called Mr. Kralie in, he asked about another patient. This is what he said:
“I’m not fine. How is [REDACTED]?”
I told him that that sort of information was classified. I know this is not the appropriate type of document to ask a question like this, but I must ask. I have been working at [REDACTED] for many years now, what is it that you do here? Whatever it is, it seems to be working.
Anyways, I will send more reports regularly from now on. I am expecting one or more new patients soon. I have been sending the letters directly to their current homes. More reports coming soon.
Sincerely,
Nurse [REDACTED]
File 4
Patient: Sarah Reid
To: Doctor [REDACTED]
Date: July 14, 2019
On the fourth of July, two thousand nineteen, I came back to work. I was busy in the back rooms getting medications, machinery, and other supplies ready for use or consumption. When I came back to the front desk it was exactly twelve o'clock. Ms. Reid rushed into the room, she was angry. The following is an exact quote of what she said to me:
“The doctor is a wicked man. He’s not helping us, he’s using us. Look what he did to me, we have to get out of here now!”
She was bleeding from her eyes and nose. Then two of the security guards came to take her away. What did you do to her? Is she alright?
I apologize for my recent absences from work. I needed time to figure things out. I’m going to need more time.
Sincerely,
Nurse [REDACTED]
File 3
Patient: None
To: Doctor [REDACTED]
Date: June 30, 2019
On the twenty eighth of June, two thousand nineteen, I woke up at three o'clock in the morning. I could not shake the feeling that someone was watching me, when I opened my eyes that is exactly what I saw. In the middle of my bedroom doorway, a person was sitting in a squat-like position. They had fluffy hair, and was wearing a white mask with large black eyes, a dark hoodie, and a camera around their neck.
This was the person that prevented me from attending work. This person has been stalking and photographing me for the past days. I screamed, then the person, who I call “The Photographer”, quickly took a picture, then ran away. I heard my front door open then slam shut. I’m so scared. I do not feel safe in my own home. Please let me call the police.
I know I signed the agreement forms, but I need to do something about this. I am currently staying at [REDACTED]. I know you do not approve of me staying at a public place, but I feel safer here. There are other people here and the staff are nice. I do not understand why a place like this would be dangerous.
Does it have something to do with [REDACTED], my [REDACTED], or something else? Please help me, I’m in need of guidance. I will be staying here for a couple days.
Sincerely,
Nurse [REDACTED]
