Today I went for a two mile run and managed an average pace just over 10 min/mile which is so funny because back when I did cross country that would have been unforgivably slow but now I’m sitting here like YEAHHHHH FASTEST RUN SINCE 2020!!!

Age 42 on November 25th. Life has been interesting to say the least. I never know how to ease into this kind of thing so I'll just get into it.
I've struggled with sui- ideation for as long as I can remember, but the word "struggle" is there for a reason because I fight it every day. Literally every day. It continuously shows up for me but then again, so do I, making it a constant battle.
I have a son now so I don't have plans anymore but I still have to counteract the thoughts and urges that come up. I found these memes and thought to vent a little. I never talk about this with anyone so might as well throw it in the blog and move on with life. More thoughts later.
