Antique washstands, what I wouldn’t give to get my hands on one! Historically popular from the 19th to early 20th centuries, they were mostly used before indoor plumbing became a thing. I included a picture of it and some additional pics from around the time they were popular. I once had a vision of me and my twin flame going for a walk, and I was wearing clothes similar to what is pictured here. I always wondered about past life possibilities, especially the more I feel drawn to certain things like this. Interesting stuff. My mother actually has one rotting in the attic of her house, but I’ve had to let go of my dreams of taking ownership of it. Hopefully one day, I’ll have my own with or without it belonging to previous generations in the family. In the meantime, I’ll just post here hoping I’m not the only one that likes vintage furniture. I have a sixty-day task in the game I’m currently playing. Won’t take long as it’s a matter of seconds to check in. But, it is every day for the next sixty days. I remember when I did that thirty-day song challenge that keeping a copy on Tumblr actually helped me to remember better. Doing the same thing now, just for a different reason. If you are building a Western-style nature or folk spirit house, the instructions are below.

The phrase "spirit house" can refer to the strictly regulated Southeast Asian shrines or to Western creative folk art.

The Modern Folk & Garden Spirit House

If your goal is to build an intuitive, Western-style folk altar or a whimsical garden spirit house, you have much more creative freedom.

1. Source the Materials

You can build a folk spirit house out of almost anything, but using items with personal history or natural resonance works best.

What I'm currently dealing with on my other profile.

It's so weird how all he did was engage in slander and defamation of character while coming up with some very vicious plans for me and my son... but also somehow can't take his eyes off my social media where all I post is memes. He even asked people to watch my profile for him.

What exactly is he wanting to find? I keep my personal life on lock down.

I just want him and his parasitic energy gone. All I've done since December 2023 is move on like we never met. Apparently, peacefully removing yourself from a situation and quietly minding your own business really bothers some people.

All I can do is ask my spirit team to keep him out while I keep going. I'm not about to stand still or slow down for anyone anymore. More thoughts later.

I remember always going on long drives with my parents when I was in elementary school. They traveled quite a bit, so I got to see a lot of my state and country at an early age; although many of the travels are kinda hard to recall now. One thing I do remember is being little and not understanding how people became homeless. I grew up with a pretty big Sicilian family, lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins, that sort of thing. Every summer and winter, we would travel back east and everyone was always willing to let us stay with them for the two weeks we were visiting.

I was young, I didn’t understand the ways of the world until I got older. Between having a big family with everyone having a house and having a house of our own to always go to, I just didn’t understand. But as I grew up, I saw things like addiction, toxic families, crime, and being overworked while underpaid take people away from their homes. Every single time I would see something like that, I remember my child-self sitting in the back of my parent’s car wondering how it was possible. And unfortunately now, I have multiple answers to that question.

Perhaps I’ll revisit this entry in the future but for now, I just wanted to write that out real quick. When I saw the artwork that I included on the bottom, it reminded me of all those road-trips and all those people I saw along the way. More thoughts later.
