I finished Pluto and I keep thinking about the theme of wanting to be rid of negative emotion but negative emotions also being necessary as long as you don't let them overwhelm you.

Apparently Kishimoto is going to take over storyboarding for the Boruto manga starting at the end of this month. Not sure how I feel about this since I’ve actually been kind of liking the manga so far and Samurai 8 was such a let down.
Got all the base colors done for the manga spread coloring so now I can get the colors synched up on the lineart and then darken the lineart layer. Then I’ll be able to start prepping shade and highlight colors, render clouds, render dust, etc...etc...
Also the blue is still a place holder color, so that will definitely change
Maybe it's the vague fever talking, but I feel like I liked the idea of the Doctor being the start of the Time Lords and that's why they get so many get out of the final regeneration free cards, but at the same time I think it could have been written a bit better especially the Master's part
That said, I’m not sure if we really needed such a reveal because part of the appeal of the show is not really knowing why the Doctor can just get out of things beyond main character plot devices

I read chapter 261, and I keep coming back to the concept of high-end Nomu. I'm curious if Ujiko considers Kurogiri to be a Nomu or maybe a proto-Nomu or something else entirely especially since Shirakumo's brain is not exposed. Although not all of the high-end Nomus had their brains exposed, sot hat's likely not a criteria. If Kurogiri is a Nomu by Ujiko's definition, then I'm curious if he's perhaps a low-end Nomu. Like he's a defense Nomu in that he can just fwip Shigaraki out of tough situations if need be while also providing butler-like services. Although perhaps Kurogiri is somewhere in the middle, which is what made him such a great Nomu to give to Shigaraki and a low-end Nomu might be one that can barely function.
I’m also curious if we’re heading for a reveal of whatever happened to Best Jeanist and if Bakugou will have a part in whatever that might be.
There’s a lot to think about but not in a way that really lent to a regular reaction post since I kind of had to process it a little and then the questions started coming to me. Bummer we have to wait until March for more.
Thank you for making that post about the whole the Doctor straight up handing someone over the freakin Nazis. That made me really uncomfortable.
You’re welcome. It was so uncomfortable, perplexing, and alarming. Like I know sometimes the Master is left to reap what they sew, but Nazis. NAZIS. It was just too much. Even if we get a follow up to underscore whatever the heck we were supposed to take away from the whole Nazi mess, I can’t even begin to imagine the justification for not only putting Dhawan Master in a Nazi uniform but for the Doctor to just straight up abandon him to the Nazis.
Like I know it’s basically a Master teams up with Daleks storyline, but what makes the Dalek version work where the Nazi version absolutely DID NOT work is Daleks don’t exist IRL aren’t trying to infiltrate our governments globally atm, and don’t have the racial implications because they just want to exterminate everything.
