❛ It is true what the quotes say; eternity is either a burden or a blessing. At least, Ursa would agree. Originally thrown on earth on a mission to exterminate the encroaching Deviants with the rest of the Eternals, she struggles to find her way once the band abruptly breaks up. Feeling abandoned by both her paramour, Druig, and most of her comrades, Ursa spends the rest of her days on earth traveling the planet in search of more knowledge on the inferior humans with whom she sympathizes. That is, until the Eternals abruptly reassemble and she’s suddenly forced to face both unexpected evils and loose ends from her past. There is where the question resurfaces; is eternity a curse or a blessing? ❜

everyone meet my eternals oc, ursa!

URSA HEADCANONS:

She is very intrigued by the mortal realm and spent her years on earth traveling around to learn more about humans and their ways of living.

Her abilities include enhanced strength, energy projection, superhuman durability, and "immortality."

She has an interest in astronomy and astrology.

Kind of a hothead but means well.

Is somewhat immature in spite of her many years.

Greatly sympathizes with Sersi and her relationship trajectory with Ikaris, as well and Sprite's one-sided love.

Of all her comrades she is the closest to Kingo and Druig respectively. However, she admires Thena the most.

URSA & DRUIG:

In a slight similarity to Sersi and Ikaris, they had an unspoken relationship until he chose to walk his own path in solitude. 

At some point during their years apart, Druig “moves on” with Makkari, to which Ursa is just as surprised as everyone else to find out. 

Her close relationship with Kingo has always made him jealous, and the fact that the two never broke contact over the years bothers him to no end.

The two have clashing personalities, and thus have always bickered back and forth like an old married couple. 

Druig’s petname for Ursa is “my star.”
